These so called protesters have nothing positive to say and nothing positive to contribute. Frankly the singular contempt they demonstrate for anyone who disagrees with them or anything that stands in opposition to their totalitarian world view is the most eloquent testimony that anyone could give in favour of Justice Kavanaugh's nomination.

Brett Kavanaugh takes his seat on the Supreme Court and must help to decide exactly what crimes can put felons behind bars for even longer sentences

Kavanaugh takes seat on Supreme Court and must decide what crimes can put felons behind

New Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh takes his seat on the high court Tuesday, sitting on the far right side of the bench, in the spot reserved for the most junior justice. A seat on the far right is appropriate for the conservative new justice, who is expected to shift the court in that direction after replacing retired Justice Anthony Kennedy, who was often a swing vote on cases. Kavanaugh's first cases will not involve questions of state, executive power or abortion but a matter of robbery and burglary.

DEMOCRATS ATTACK SUPREME COURT’S LEGITIMACY AFTER KAVANAUGH CONFIRMATION

Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court has Democrats and liberal activists who opposed his confirmation coalescing around their next strategy: attacking the legitimacy of the nation’s highest court.

The Senate on Saturday officially voted to confirm Kavanaugh by a vote of 50-48. Kavanaugh’s confirmation process was derailed over the past month by a series of sexual misconduct allegations that Democrats used to demand President Donald Trump withdraw Kavanaugh’s nomination.

Democrats used the controversy surrounding the allegations to undermine the Supreme Court’s legitimacy.

“Confirming Brett Kavanaugh in the face of credible allegations of sexual assault that were not thoroughly investigated, and his belligerent, partisan performance in last Thursday’s hearing undermines the legitimacy of the Supreme Court,” said California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein.

Your name The Plain Truth is a joke.    I don't believe that the mobs were supporting Dems. The mob is probably paid by the GOP, not Soros.  They love the victim role.  The guy has too bad of a temper to be on the court.

Tweet From Trump: The democrats showed their true colors. They could give a damn about women....

Remember when nobody believed Bill Clinton's accusers & Hillary threatened any woman who came forward? What happened to believe all women ?

I'm a Democrat and opposed Kavanuagh, but those protesters are just making it worse for our party.  Not all of us are liberal loons. We just want a more liberal court to protect the individual. Republicans do not do this.  My opinion

The Democrats over played there hand.  They should not have held their playing cards until the last minute. That turned the average American against him. If Feinstein brought this up months ago, there would have been more thorough investigation of him.  I'm happy for the vote, but the DEMZ blew it!

The end of the never Trumper Republicans may be coming to an end. There were a lot of people I know who hate Trump but thought the whole Kavanaugh thing was just the worst form of political hysteria and smear mongering. I think a lot of people also thought what happens in High School and College should stay in High School and College - rightly or wrongly.

I'm happy for the vote. I did not support the guy at first, because make no mistake, he is a BUSHite Republican, and not one that we really wanted, but compared to who Hillary would have chosen, we are light years ahead. I agree with RMM, Trump has given the Republicans a backbone, and I don't think the Democrats even considered this fact when they started their antics.  I hope they pay for this nonsense at the polls in November.

Even though I support the guy right now, because he is being assaulted buy a left-wing media, I do know that he was a bush man and that he will disappoint many of the people supporting him today as many of his rulings will be much more liberal than his supporters I think they will be. George Bush is the person he is more like than Donald Trump. He is an elitist, and like I say will disappoint many of the people supporting him today

Kavanaugh accuser Julie Swetnick was accused of engaging in 'unwelcome, sexually offensive conduct during a business lunch with two male colleagues' by her former employer

Kavanaugh accuser was accused of engaging in 'unwelcome, sexually offensive conduct' by

Julie Swetnick, the third woman to accuse Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, faced her own allegations more than a decade ago while employed at a Portland tech company. Court documents show that in late 2000, the Portland-based company Webtrends filed a civil lawsuit against Swetnick alleging that she 'engaged in unwelcome, sexually offensive conduct' during a business lunch with two male employees and Webtrends customers. The suit, obtained by Oregon Live , states that she engaged in 'unwelcome sexual innuendo' and 'inappropriate conduct'. Swetnick, 55, was also accused of making 'false and retaliatory allegations that other co-workers had engaged in inappropriate conduct towards her'. According to the document, she alleged that two other employees at Webtrends had sexually harassed her. In addition to the misconduct claims, the company accused Swetnick of lying about where she attended school and said she 'falsely described her work experience'.

'She's not credible at all. Not at all': Ex-boyfriend tells how he filed restraining order against third Kavanaugh accuser, as her history of money troubles and $100,000 unpaid taxes is revealed

Julie Swetnick's ex reveals he filed a restraining order against her

Richard Vinneccy said he does not believe Julie Swetnick (left in high school and center) is telling the truth after she claimed to have been gang raped at a party attended by Kavanaugh in the 1980s. Vinneccy said he has 'lots of facts and evidence' but has yet to disclose them. He filed a restraining order against her in 2001 that was dismissed 13 days later by a Miami court. 'Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife, and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,' the registered Democrat claimed. 'I know a lot about her. She's not credible at all. Not at all.' Swetnick, 55, is the third woman to accuse Brett Kavanaugh (pictured right in high school) of sexual assault. She stepped forward on Wednesday to claim in the early 1980s that she witnessed Kavanaugh and his high school classmate Mark Judge drug and sexually assault girls during high school parties. Swetnick wrote in an affidavit that she met Kavanaugh and Judge at a party in 1980 or 1981. Swetnick, who graduated from Gaithersburg High School in 1980, was three years older than the boys at the time. Kavanaugh, who has so far denied all of the sexual assault allegations against him, said he has never met Swetnick. 'This is ridiculous and from the Twilight Zone,' he said on Wednesday. 'I don't know who this is and this never happened.'

Martha Kavanaugh did preside for certain parts of a 1996 foreclosure case involving Ralph and Paula Blasey, who are indeed Christine Blasey Ford's parents. However, Kavanaugh actually ruled favorably toward the Blaseys, who ended up keeping their home.
