I did a vegetarian diet for 10 years, lost a bunch a weight felt great for about 2 years, spent the next 8 years being sick all the time, and looking totally aged, by the time I was 45. A friend gave me some great advice on why an all plant diet ages you and in the long run makes you sick. I follow a Mediterranean diet, eat mostly fish, lamb and some red meat and look and feel like I'm 30!

A survey suggests that 42% (or 49% of Welsh people) of those who eat meat at least once a day have sex once a week or more but for vegetarians the figure drops to only 16%.

In this world, everything is food for someone else, it's called 'the food chain'. It's how nature works. You might not like it, but that's how it is. And depending on your point of view, it's either how nature and evolution sorted things out - or its what God decided.
